Program:
- Visit of the cheese dairy in Stein, Appenzell, where one of the famous
swiss cheese, the Appenzeller is produced, a unique opportunity to watch the
production.
- Hike in a beautiful landscape
- Possibility to visit the Appenzell Folklore Museum, an excellent
exhibition of Appenzell art and craft
- FONDUE: For dinner we will have an original cheese fondue and of course
a few flases of white wine.
- We will be back in Zürich at 2153
Meeting point: Zürich main station, meeting point at 0830 (train to St.
Gallen leaves at 0907) OR

- Buy your trainticket to St.Gallen - Stein (Appenzell) and back by
yourself. (Price with halfprice card about Sfr. 30.-)
- hiking shoes, raincoat
- picnic for the afternoon (we will have dinner at about 5 PM)
