Neuchâtel: the quiet city on the lake

Program

Saturday 14th July Midday:

• 11:00 - The weekend begins! Arrival at the Neuchâtel railway station (-> proposed trains).
• Afternoon - Picknic at the lake Neuchâtel and we will go to Marin visiting the Tropical Gardens in Marin (http://www.papiliorama.ch)
• 16:00 Taking our rooms in the lodging in Marin
• 18:00 Tour through the center of the city. We will have dinner at a restaurant there (not included in the price for the weekend)

Sunday 15th July

• Morning: Breakfast in the lodging
• Afternoon: Good weather programme: Pedal boat on the lake, minigolf, picknic at the lake side, swimming in the lake...
  Bad weather programme: Guided visit of the Château
• Evening: Return to home sweet home (checkout the proposed trains)

Participants & Costs

The number of participants is limited to 52 persons.

Costs (to be paid during the weekend):

• The costs are a about 50 Sfr.
• The price includes: lodging, local transport, breakfast, all entrances, pedal boat rental
• NOT included: travel from your home to Geneva and Back, dinner on Saturday evening and picknics

If the absence of registered people will cause extra costs for IAESTE, all people who won't show up without cancellation till the 12th July 2001 will be asked to contribute for these costs.

AND DON'T forget this things at home:

• A big bright smile
• some money
• Swimming suit, towel
• clothes depending on the weather

I understand, that participation after signing up to this event is mandatory. In case I can not come I will cancel until the 12th july to give IAESTE enough time to find another participant. If I do not cancel properly I accept that IAESTE may charge the full price for reason of fairness.
