Information Transportation:
The cheapest way to travel from
Zurich or Basel is to use "Gleis 7". If you come by train, click here
for suggested train schedules from Zurich and Basel. Check www.sbb.ch for prices and other
train schedules. If you would like to join one of the
IAESTE buses leaving from Lausanne or Zurich, read "Zurich
Meeting Point" and "Lausanne Meeting
Point" above for details.
Don't
forget:
Warm clothes,
gloves, sun screen, sunglasses, slippers, towel and a sleeping
bag (there are some covers, but not enough to keep you
warm!). Bring your own food for Friday night. There will
only be snacks and drinks (and unforgetable drink...).
Please do take
some compact discs (write your name on the
cover!), prepare some fun games - and if you
happen to have a good bottle from your country,
don't leave it at home! By the way, we LOVE Rudolf, other
"red noses" please take your own booze along
;-)

How
to find the Chalet:
By
car arriving from Aigle: One of the first houses
on your left when you get into Les Diablerets is the
hotel "Mon Abri". Turn left just after the
hotel and follow a sign reading "Centre de Jeunesse
Adventiste" until the end of the road.
On foot
from the railway station: It's a 5 minutes walk
to the Chalet. Follow the road back towards Aigle until
you get to the hotel "Mon Abri" which is one of
the last houses of the village on your right. Take a
right just before the hotel and follow a
sign reading "Centre de Jeunesse Adventiste"
until the end of the road.
