Ciao, zäme!

It's now 15:15, exactly 72 hours till the biggest tecno parade in the world, ZURICH STREET PARADE, takes place again! (check details at: http://www.streetparade.com) And I have some news for you: IAESTE Zurich and I will be your host this weekend. No subscription are required... As many as better! Let's break into Zurich city kicking the door!!!! The weather will be great and Street Parade motto couldn't be more suitable: LET THE SUN SHINE.

Program for the Weekend:

August 7th, Thursday:

Street Parade special weekly meeting at Xenix (weather forecast: sun + 36oC) All the ones who want to come on Friday and stay overnight or even the ones who are staying overnight after the street parade must come. Zurich trainees should organize a list with who is staying with whom. All the trainees within Switzerland are invited.

August 8th, Friday:

Street Parade eve - International Party (weather forecast: sun + 33oC) The original party place is one of ETH facilities, very cool place for a party. However, it's too hot for staying indoors, specially when is no air conditioning available. But, this is definitely not a problem.

Plan B is on again: BBQ at Uetliberg.
We're going to the top of Zurich, drink, dance and have the city lights as background Meeting point at 20:00 at Zurich Hauptbahnhof. BRING COLD BEERS!!!!!!!!!!!! Cd's with tipical party music from your country, tipical drinks and meat for the grill are also required. Soft drinks and chips might be available for the most anxious eaters...

August 9th, Saturday:

STREET PARADE - LET THE SUN SHINE (weather forecast: sun + 32oC) According the website, "tecno music is really LOUD!" Isn't that great? :) Zurich trainees gather at Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen entrance at 13:00. Still following the information displayed at street parade website, "be sure you have drunk enough", brazilian mafia will carry their own COLD beers inside termical boxes, inside many, many supermarkets trolleys. If you want to join us, come to Xenix tomorrow to hear the details. As the place will be crowded out and some of us may get lost during the event, we'll set a second meeting for those who survive. It'll be at Buerkliplatz at 20:00. From there we'll look for one of the free DJ parties to attend around Zurich area.

August 10th, Sunday:

A big, but very big hangover and farewell brunch by Limmat river unteren letten (weather forecast: sun - 32oC) Once more we'll go to untere letten and let Limmat carry all the alcohol we had during the weekend. Meeting at Limmatplatz tramstop, at 11:00.
Bring things for breakfast and wherever you want to share with the others. We'll have a pic-nic together, swim and say goodbye for the trainees who're leaving Switzerland next week. Attention bungee jumpers!!! Bridge is available over there too! :)

So, I hope it was worthwile to wait for all this time for this information. LET THE SUN SHINE... (ops... wrong shortcut:)
