End-of-semester barbeque 2005 with ESN Zürich

We will have a barbeque together with our partner organization ESN Zurich! This is a great chance to meet many other foreign students and trainees and the member s of ESN and IAESTE.

When and where?

This event will take place on Thursday June 30, 2005, at the "Irchel Park" in Zurich (tram stop "Irchel" or "Milchbuck"). From 16:00 on we will meet in the park and at about 18:00 we will start with the barbecue.

We will bring both the IAESTE and the ESN flag, so in together with the map you should not have trouble finding us!

What to bring

You have to bring your own food. Some drinks (mineral water, cola, beer) are organized by IAESTE and ESN. But especially the beer won't be enough, so you will have to bring some by your own as well (but you may also bring wine or other drinks... :) ).

ESN and IAESTE will bring a volleyball, a football and a frisbee so we can also play some games. If you have any other kind of sports equipment of if you play an instrument, feel free to bring those along as well!

Number of participants and registration

Although there is no particular limit for the number of participants, we ask you to register for this event between 2005-06-06 20:00 and 2005-06-29 15:00 (registration exclusively electronically and in the given time frame; link for registration published here during this time) - it helps us to plan things.
