Ticino Weekend 2005
July 30 - August 01

Discovering the South side of the Alps!

Did you know that the region of Switzerland at the South side of the Alps is Italian-speaking?

Did you know that the Swiss are currently digging for 57 kilometers under the Alps to build the world's longest railway tunnel?

Did you know that the bungee jumping scene in the 007 Goldeneye movie was filmed in Switzerland, not in Russia? And that you can imitate James Bond with a 220 meters high bungee jump?

Did you know that August 1 is the Swiss national day and that you are going to have a day off from work?

IAESTE LC Zurich invites you to experience all of this, in the only three-day event of summer 2005!

Looking forward to spending a great weekend with you!

Mireille and Davide
