IAESTE Wellness Weekend 2005
November 12-13, 2005
IAESTE LC Zurich offers you the Wellness Weekend 2005
So what does 'wellness' mean? Normally it means that you have a relaxed time,
going to a thermal bath, visiting a sauna or a massage. But NOT this time!
This time wellness means that we have a weekend full of sports- and fun-activities.
We will have the possibility to go ice-skating, swimming, climbing, tobogganing
and visiting a thermal bath. Check out the details below for more information.
Looking forward to spending a great weekend with you!
Bina and Jörg
Program
| Saturday, November 12 |
- start of the weekend at Chur railway station
- transfer to Churwalden by postal bus
- drop our bags at the accommodation and have lunch
- spend the afternoon at Dieschen
sport center in Vaz/Obervaz, with two alternatives (you can choose
on the event day)
- indoor swimming pool, or
- indoor ice-skating
- go back to our accommodation, have dinner and get ready for the evening
- partying in Lenzerheide!
|
| Sunday, November 13 |
- have breakfast, packing and get ready for another great day!
- go to Seilpark
where you can show your courage and talent in dexterity
- Tobogganing in Churwalden, on the longest toboggan slope in
the world (3.1 km length, 480 m height difference)
- pick up our luggage, have lunch and transfer to Bad Ragaz
- relaxing at Tamina
Thermal Baths
- end of the weekend, heading home
|
Please be aware that the program may change because of the weather. If it is raining on Sunday we will probably not go to Seilpark
because we would get wet and dirty. Tobogganing is also not possible if the track is wet. We will have a look at the weather forecast
and decide about the program on Friday, November 11. There will be an alternative program for bad weather but we haven't decided
what it will be.
